The entrance boulevard is shared with the owners and is accessed by an automatic gate.

The interior of the villa has been completely refurbished and particular attention has been paid to detail, luxury and comfort. The large entrance space provides an ideal living room in which to relax on the sumptuous sofas enjoying the TV and stereo system.
