Main level - Ground Floor
The whole estate has a unique and magnificent character. Its
ground floor is the area for the day activities, whilst the
first floor is mainly reserved for the bedrooms. You can admire
the old wooden beams on the ceilings and the charming antique
furniture. All floor tiles are made of terracotta.
Between May and September you can rent the villa together
with Il Poggio apartment, which can host 2+2 people. On such
occasions, guests can make use of the whole of the property
and fully enjoy the swimming pool, its private gym, and take
a stroll along the charming park.
You can enter the villa either via a doorway which leads
into the ample sitting room adorned with a stone fireplace,
or via an external loggia furnished with a dining table and
chairs where you can eat al fresco.
On the same ground floor you will find the kitchen, decorated
with hand-painted ceramic tiles, the beautiful dining room,
where you can comfortably accommodate eight people around
the table, a sitting room furnished with a double sofa-bed
and TV, as well as a bathroom (with shower) and a cloakroom.
If you walk up the wide stone staircase you will reach the
first floor, where you can find two double bedrooms, one twin
bedroom and two bathrooms (with bath). At the centre of this
floor there is an elegant living room with a table, which
can be used to play board and card games.

Apartment
The Il Poggio apartment has a separate entrance from the main
villa. Its lovely living room has also a dining area and two
single sofa-beds. There is also a double bedroom, one bathroom
(with shower) and a kitchenette, which allows you to prepare
small meals.
The furniture is in antique style, with exclusive pieces and
Kilim carpets.
