The Villa has a remarkable structure which develops on various levels, making the interior space very enjoyable to live in.
Guests can access the rooms from various entrances, which open into the gardens, backyard and the front of the property.

When entering through the main front door, guests will find a large living room, furnished with taste and divided into a TV area and a fire-place area. You can relax, read or admire the view through the large windows that open into the garden.

To the left you can access the dining room, decorated in tones of pink. Here you can find a beautiful wooden table with matching top-quality furniture. Next to this area you will find a large and fully equipped kitchen which opens up directly into the garden; there is also an area where guests can eat al fresco and enjoy the cool breeze in the summer evenings.

On the right side of the living room, there is a corridor which leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Going up a few steps, you reach an ample hallway: to the right you will find another double bedroom, decorated with green tones. This room has also access from the back-garden and it has a large bathroom with a shower, as well as a great wardrobe.

On the first floor there is another double bedroom, decorated with yellow tones, with its own bathroom with both shower and a bath. You will also find another twin-bedroom, in shades of orange, with its own bathroom.

If you go up a few steps you reach the top floor of the villa, which has its own kitchenette, a very large double bedroom, decorated with blue tones. There is also a bathroom with splendid views of the hills, as well as a lounging area with sofas and TV.

The villa is furnished with taste and style: the floors are made of old terracotta tiles, whilst in the bedrooms you will find a warm wooden flooring. The ceilings are still the original ones, with visible wooden beams, and in some rooms you will still find the original small brick arches.

The furniture consists of a tasteful mix of old-style wooden pieces and modern and functional units; various decorative objects make the rooms feel homily and elegant.
