Fully staffed, four hours of daily cleaning are included in the weekly price; furthermore, the villa has its own caretaker living in a separate annex on the premises.

In addition to the marvellous garden, the villa boasts carefully decorated and refined interiors: the floors are in terracotta, with ceilings displaying their wooden beams; all round antique furniture and modern decorative schemes abound, complemented by more antique and modern works of art and objects scattered throughout the house. Precious ceramics, paintings, sculptures and decorations make this house the ideal dwelling for a vacation with a focus on luxury and comfort.

The villa is laid out on two floors:

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, one enters the house from the garden through a glass door which naturally illuminates the dining room equipped to host 14 people; from here one passes to a sitting room and a study furnished with an antique wooden table and chairs.
On the same floor we find a large family room with an arched ceiling and a typical Tuscan fireplace, together with a characteristic kitchen equipped with everything necessary for serving a large group of people, also with a certain elegance provided by crystal and silver services; ceramic and copper utensils decorate the walls. The kitchen is also equipped with its own private entrance and a large pantry.
Located on the same floor is one double bedroom, which on request can be transformed into a master bedroom; from here one has access to the external loggia and laundry room through the garden.

First Floor

The first floor is reached by a stone staircase: here there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin. Two of the double bedrooms have private bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a third bathroom. Large windows look out over the beautiful garden in the common area, furnished with couches and armchairs arranged around a fireplace, which completes this floor.

The courtyard provides access to two annexes, each with a master bedroom having its own private bathroom.
All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with comfortable mattresses and fine-quality linens.
