The ground floor comprises a magnificent lounge, a spacious and functional kitchen, a dining room with fireplace, TV room, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.
The entrance to the side of the Villa leads directly into another large garden and pool both reserved for the exclusive use of guests of the Villa.
First floor
The first floor, reached from the main lounge consists of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom.
A wonderful balcony, which almost runs the entire length of the Villa and can be accessed from two of the bedrooms, offers stunning views of the Tuscan countryside.
