The interior of the villa covers an area of around 120 sq.m with 500 sq.m of private garden and pool.
The entrance boulevard is PRIVATE.

Derived from the old wine cellar, has been transformed into an elegant living room with a dining area and fireplace, with two large windows looking directly onto the garden.
A small kitchen located on the same level is complete with modern appliances, utility room and guest bathroom. The laundry area is on the exterior.
First Floor
Finely furnished and comfortable, houses 2 master bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a dressing room and bathroom with tub and shower.
The decoration scheme is particular for the presence of both antique and design objects, with all areas rendered elegant by parquet floor finishings.
