Fagnana was the first farmhouse at Villa Saletta
to be restored. It was refurbished in 2004 to give it a more
up to date feel and add more modern conveniences. It is set
in very private and secure grounds and, being situated in the
hills, has excellent views towards
Pisa and the sunset. Sleeps maximum 15 people.
Main level - Ground Floor
Large living room with open fireplace and
comfortable sofas and armchairs, small dining table. Fully
fitted kitchen with oven, large hob, microwave, coffee maker,
espresso machine, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle juicer
and cooking equipment. Access to back garden and dining
terrace via the kitchen.
Separate dining room, laundry and one double bedroom with
ensuite bathroom (shower only) and small private living room.
Upstairs - Firts Floor
Living room with comfortable seating and satellite. Master
bedroom (king size bed) with dressing room and ensuite bathroom
with bath and shower.
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
(bath only) and a further four bedrooms, three double and
one single which share two bathrooms (shower only).
Opposite the main entrance to the house is the Limonaia,
a separate building, which has a large double bedroom with
ensuite bathroom (shower only).
