The villa’s interior – complete with integrated modern comforts designed during renovation - has maintained many of the traditional characteristics of a Tuscan rural residence. The original layout of the structure has been preserved, along with the attractive terracotta flooring, the ceilings with their visible wooden beams and the stone fireplaces. Antique wrought-iron accents decorate the interiors along with wooden pieces that mix well with the more modern and practical furnishings.

The villa has 13 double bedrooms and 1 single room, all bedrooms have fans.
The complex is divided into three buildings:

The main building is on three floors:

Ground Floor
there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with the necessary electro domestic appliances, a dining/living room with fireplace, LCD TV with French doors which lad into the garden. There is also a reading room, a bar area with espresso maker, a single bedroom, a double bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath tub), and a corner kitchen near the bedrooms. Between the ground floor and the first floor there is a double bedroom with internal bathroom (with bath tub), a corner kitchen, and a living room with fireplace.

First Floor
there are three double bedroom each with an internal bathroom with bath tub, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a service bathroom.

Second Floor
is divided into two separate wings; in total there are four double bedrooms each with an internal bathroom ( two with shower and two with bath tub).

From outside or via the French doors (in the living room) you can reach the last section of the main building which is on three floors:

Ground Floor
there is a corner kitchen, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with internal bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath tub).

Intermediate Floor
there is a double bedroom with internal bathroom (with bath tub). This bedroom also has direct access into the garden. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV and computer with internet access. All the bathrooms that have a bath tub are fitted with hydro massage system.

Ground Floor
of the main building there is a telephone and fax at guests disposal.

Annex 1
situated about 15 meters from the main building, on two floors and made up of a corner kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Annex 2
situated about 10 meters from the main building, on two floors and made up of corner kitchen, living room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with bath tub and shower.
