Accommodations
All of the house has a warm homely atmosphere, but each room is different: the shades of the
colours of the walls change from the water-green to the blue, the apricot-yellow, the
peach-pink, like the flowers that flourish in the orchard and the surrounding meadows.
The furniture is made up of antiques, wrought iron beds and ancient carpets.

Garden
The villa is surrounded by a wide garden and during spring and summer it is possible to use the table and
chairs in the pleasant shade of the gazebo, enjoying the peace and tranquillity.
In the summer nights you can taste the unique tuscan steaks and the famous "fett'unta"
(bread with garlic and oil) cooked on the barbecue.
Swimming pool
Approximately 100 mt. from the villa is the swimming pool (12x6x1,90) equipped with sundecks,
umbrellas, chairs and shower.
In the same area a toilette with shower and a refreshing living room are available.
The pool is open from May to September.
