La Limonaia ist has 2 floors. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the groundfloor there is a very large living room with a galerie and fireplace,
the kitchen, and the dining room - also with fireplace. On the front of the house
there is a 80 square metres large terrace with patio.
First Floor
The Master Bedroom (ca. 50 qm) has a large double bed, a writing-table and satellite TV.
The light is flooding the room through 2 windows in the roof, which can be opened
automatically. From the Master Bedroom there is a direct access to the bathroom with
shower and the dressing-room.
The second bedroom (Guest Bedroom) (ca. 24 qm) is coloured in beige and yellow stripes and has a
direct access to the bathroom with shower and dressing-room.
Ground Floor
The frontside of the house is copletely covered by glass and open
to the patio. There is a direct exit to the patio from the dining
room and from the living room. The big living room is realized as
a galerie and has an open fireplace and a kitchen bar. The exclusive
atmosphere of the room is also created by a lot of valuable antiques.
The direct access to the patio creates an unforgetable atmosphere,
bevor all in summer nights, when you breath the special atmosphere
of tuscany. surrounded by beauty.
