Accommodations
There are 5 apartments at Villa Poggiolaia. In recent years the entire complex has been completely rebuilt, resulting in a lovely mixture of taste and elegance.
The characteristic features of the ancient Tuscan dwelling have been carefully preserved: ceilings with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, along with original lines and volumes that have maintained their ancient forms. In addition, modern and practical features have been added to make the villa a comfortable and welcoming residence for your Tuscan vacations.
Furnishings are luxurious and never gratuitous: carefully chosen objects, precious fabrics, antique wooden furniture, lighting fixtures and fine tableware give a refined and warm touch to the rooms, making guests feel in perfect harmony with their surroundings and nature.
Each apartment is endowed with large windows and/or nicely shaped French doors with iron fixtures. This makes areas bright and enables one to easily appreciate the outdoor beauty while still indoors. Furthermore, each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area for relaxing and enjoying the splendid panoramas of the valley, fully air conditioned and equipped with WI-Fi internet connection.

The Capanna apartment has its own washing machine, whereas guests of the other apartments have access to the fully-equipped laundry room.
This apartment, the largest located in Villa Poggiolaia, can accommodate up to 6 persons, with the possibility of an additional guest sleeping in a room that is normally used as the apartment's study.
The ground floor is set up as a living area, with a spacious family room divided into two parts: a lounge area with couches, armchairs and a large romantic fireplace; and the dining area adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen complete with an attractive wooden table for group dining. There is also a lovely piano, ready to liven your evenings with musical entertainment. A bathroom is also located on this floor.
The first floor hosts 3 double bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a study.
This apartment has a private entrance, electric gate and easy-access to the swimming pool.
