San Giovanni is an indipendent villa of 254 sqm composed of a main building and an annex joined
by the inner old courtyard. The villa can host from 10 to 12 people. It is constituted by three apartments with
independent entrance and areas in the open air where to relax, have meals and enjoy the wonderful
landscape all around.
Notwithstanding this, the villa is rented as a whole.
The large kitchen of the annex opens onto the inner courtyard
with a large arch and can be used as an ideal common room for families who want
to spend a holiday together maintaining at the same time their independence.
