The villa is laid out on two floors, the ground and first floor.

Entrance on the ground floor is through a large bright hall with doors to the laundry room and a service bathroom with shower. The master bedroom, situated to the right, is elegant and finely decorated with a large queen size bed, a small table and two chairs, in addition to two armchairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the hills provided by the large French door which opens onto the garden.

The floors are covered with parquet and the bathroom, with shower, bath and two sinks is covered in marble. From the entrance hall, to the left, lies another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French-door garden access. Here the wooden furniture is accompanied by original decorating accents to create a pleasant atmosphere.

The first floor is reached by a staircase in pietra serena; the walls of the staircase are decorated with colored designs recalling the countryside and its hues. Located to the left are two more bedrooms and bathrooms. Instead, to the right, one finds a lovely studio with computer, books and television, suitable for working or entertainment. Also located in this area of the villa is the modern kitchen.

With elements in wood and steel, pictures decorating the walls, traditional Tuscan ceramics and a central table, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. From the kitchen there is direct access to the garden and gazebo, which is equipped with a barbeque, table, chairs and comfortable arm chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen lies a large and impressive dining room-sitting room with attractive and comfortable couches.
The main sitting room is decorated with fine furniture, carefully chosen objects and a large stone fireplace. Its bright and panoramic aspect is created by three walls completely composed of windows, which offer a 360° panorama of the surrounding countryside. Here one can enjoy the spectacular vista in complete ease, sipping away at a glass of fine wine, reading a book, or simply pausing to take in the marvels of Tuscany.
