Each year dozens of villas await our approval. After initially screening each applicant, our final selection is reserved for only a few new entries. Because our criteria are very strict. We choose only those properties that give us a real sense of WOW! The home’s panoramic view and geographic position, its interior and gardens, its equipment and special features, together with the local history and possibility to visit sites of interest, are just some of the factors that make TuscanyItaly’s vacation rental properties unique.
In many instances the homes we showcase are residences which have been lovingly restored as second homes, their owners having paid special attention to details, quality and taste rather than to cost.
Whether they are large ancient castles or charming farmhouses, our vacation rental properties are always chosen for their elegance, comfort, charm and personality. Guests are able to appreciate the pleasures of the past while enjoying the comforts of modern amenities, and can always be sure to find a swimming pool, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a home entertainment system and Internet wherever accessible.We also stipulate that the property lie in an area offering various points of interest and activities.
The villas’ owners are often producers of top-quality, or even world-renown, agrarian products such as wine, olive oil and cheese. Some villas offer tastings and tours of the production facilities, or even make their on-site vegetable gardens available to clients; in such cases, the Tuscan Mums can prepare meals at your villa using the farm’s own products – meals that have nothing to envy of dishes prepared by famous chefs.
Each property is regularly visited by a member of our staff to ensure that standards are being maintained and to protect clients from unpleasant surprises. We ask that your hosts are always ready to welcome you, acting like old friends respectful of your privacy, but also assisting you if, and when, necessary.
