| How to book |
• Have a look at what’s on offer, we can cater for different needs and tastes. We have carefully selected all our properties, so we are here to offer any advice that is needed. If you are unsure, please feel free to telephone or e-mail us and we’ll be happy to advise on the perfect holiday home in Tuscany for you.
• When you have found the right property for you, please contact us to find out if it’s available.
• Once we have confirmed availability, we’ll be in touch to arrange payment of the deposit. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This can be paid by bank transfer. Once we receive your deposit, your reservation is confirmed and we will issue a voucher and a receipt.
• The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
• Extra services (such as security deposit, final cleaning, air conditioning, etc) are to be paid directly to the Villa owner in Italy.

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your holiday after your deposit is paid, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your holiday after the balance is paid, you will lose the full amount. In the extremely unlikely event that we cancel your reservation, we will refund to you whatever amount was paid by you to us. |
