How to Book
• Our portfolio of villas is large, so we recommend you start by filling in our search facility to the right.
• Your search results will show the properties that are available for the period requested
• Select one or more properties to check out their details. You can add them to a wishlist if you want to
• Once you find the villa that is right for you, fill in the Request Info.
• We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability
• If you like more than one villa and are undecided, or you simply need some advice, please contact us. One of our consultants will be pleased to help.
• If you decide to go ahead with the reservation we will send you a separate message with a link to an online form, where you can enter your details and pay the deposit with your credit card
• You will be charged a non-refundable booking fee of Euro 30.00
• For villa rentals that exceed the total of Euro 5,000, payment is to be made by bank transfer.
• Once you’ve filled in the payment details, your booking will be confirmed and a receipt will be issued
• The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you nearer the time.
• When the balance is paid, you will receive another receipt and the voucher.
• Extra services (such as security deposit, dinners, final cleaning, air conditioning, etc) are to be paid directly to the Villa owner in Italy.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking after your deposit is paid, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after the balance is paid, you will lose the full amount. In the extremely unlikely event that we cancel your reservation, we will refund whatever amount was paid by you to us.
