Villa Apparita offers magnificent views of the hills surrounded by slopes with colourful fields which reflect the changing colours of each season , rows of cypress trees and woods which stretch as far as the eye can see.
On arrival you are met with the impressive building constructed in the traditional Tuscan stone which emanates the soundness and antiquity of the structure that is typical of the farmhouses in the region. |

On entering the villa you are led into the courtyard which in its time was the area dedicated to the daily life of the families that lived there. To the left there is a covered area which has a large wooden table and chairs where one can eat ‘al fresco’ or simply relax with a fine glass of Brunello and enjoy a well deserved break. |

A few steps forward and you come upon the stunning rooftop pool with spectacular views, furnished with sun loungers, poolside tables and umbrellas perfect for those hot summer evenings.
Vases of flowers and trees adorn the area completing this beautifully romantic country setting.
To the right of the courtyard is the entrance to the actual Villa. Outside the entrance there is an array of jars and terracotta objects typical of these lands . The property is immersed in a delightful garden and grass lawns which merge seamlessly into the colours of the surrounding countryside. |
