Breathtaking views of the countryside can be seen from all the villa's windows and the garden: fields which change in their forms and colors with the seasons, olive trees and vineyards, woods, ancient trees and hills as far as the eyes can see.
Observing this rural scenery one is enchanted, transported back in time. Off in the distance one can also catch sight of the famous towers of San Gimignano, one of the most beautiful and fascinating medieval hamlets of the region.

The villa stands in the enchanting countryside of the Florentine Chianti area, in the locality of San Martino, not far from Certaldo and half way between Florence and Siena. Its privileged position enables guests to easily reach the medieval hamlets of Certaldo Alto and San Gimignano, as well as the cities of art and all the areas of natural and cultural interest in Tuscany.
In 2003 the structure was completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts of a modern residence, maintaining, however, its peculiar characteristics of a typical Tuscan villa.
The villa lies on a property of 3 hectares and is surrounded by a beautifully tended garden of flowers, plants, characteristic vases, elegant statues and terracotta orci

The large swimming pool is part of a landscaped terrace looking out over the countryside: it lies in front of the villa from where guests can enjoy a spectacular view. Here guests can enjoy a long swim or simply relax poolside. |

All around bamboo tables and lounge chairs transform the area into a veritable outdoor salon, suitable for sun-bathing, conversing, cocktails or just spending time with family and friends.
In the area immediately outside the kitchen, on the left side of the building, a gazebo has been furnished for outdoor dining and is equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a barbeque for grilling wonderful Florentine beefsteaks.
