Casa del Fattore is a fine example

in a beautiful, floodlit park on the edge of a lush,

On both sides of the building are original patios
in Tuscan stone where wrought-iron
tables and chairs with cream umbrellas provide
an elegant setting for an al fresco lunch or
early evening aperitif.

The house itself has recently been restored
to the highest standards while retaining its
traditional Tuscan character.
Beautiful terracotta tiled floors and exposed
beams adorn every room, and several of the downstairs
living rooms have frescoed walls.
L' arredamento in ogni stanza è elegante
e curato; tendaggi dai vari colori, comodi divani
e poltrone, oggetti antichi e signorili adornano
la casa facendo sentire gli ospiti in un' atmosfera
rilassante e confortante. La grande sala da
pranzo, inoltre, permette di ritrovarsi con
parenti ed amici intorno al lungo tavolo e,
tra un assaggio e l' altro, godersi la compagnia
e la pace della vacanza perfetta.
