From here one can easily and comfortably reach the most beautiful spots of Tuscany and Umbria, enjoying daily trips to historical cities or picturesque countryside destinations.

In fact, the villa, amidst attractive woods circling the property, is surrounded by a rural landscape of fields that change colors with the seasons, set against layers of soft hills stretching as far as the eye can see.

Passing through a stone wall one looks out on the carefully studied and designed garden, with its modern and ancient details that mix perfectly with the architecture and the natural surroundings.

Vases of colored flowers, antique and modern roses, rare and original herbs, tufts of lavender and ornamental trees all grace the surroundings, each plant chosen with care and experience.

Even the outdoor walkways are quite original: wide stone slabs alternating with amusing and colored pebbles that liven the atmosphere and soften the geometric forms.

The villa has been quite recently rebuilt and redesigned, maintaining the old stone walls while adding modern features such as colored casings and external details repainted in bright vivid colors.

The two apartments both look out onto the central garden through wide graceful windows that brighten and warm the interior and enable one to take in the view.

Each apartment comes with its own outdoor space with table, lounge chairs and umbrellas; each has its own private entrance to insure privacy and comfort.
