| Villa Magnolie |
Villa le Magnolie, located in the Valdarno, is part of Fattoria Casamora, an estate of a thousand hectares specialized in the production of top-quality olive oil, for which it received the prestigious "5 drop prize" from the Italian Oil Sommelier's Association.

The villa itself is a beautiful and elegant private house bordered with olive trees.
The entrance to Villa Le Magnolie lies in the Fattoria's ancient village square, where a wrought iron gate between two grey stone columns marks access to the Villa's private grounds.
The imposing stone and brick structure, recently renovated, is a beautiful example of ancient architecture enhanced by modern and original features. The large swimming pool is ideal for relaxing on hot summer days, enjoying the shade of the surrounding trees.
The villa, with its own central heating, all modern amenities and swimming pool, is a comfortable residence the whole year round. Wooden trusses circling the porch and swimming pool lend a timeless countryside-spring atmosphere.
The most fascinating areas of the old Fattoria have been destined for the entertainment and leisure structures. Situated between the apartments and the olive press, the library and theatre represent an opportunity for guests of Casamora to meet and enjoy cultural enrichment in the form of games, shows and a wide range of books and magazines.

The theatre and indoor areas are set up to host artistic and musical events, meetings and conferences. Outdoors, in the stunning scenario of the Pratomagno, among the olive groves and dry stone terraces, a number of paths lead through the delightful private nature reserve, along the river Resco with its waterfalls and amidst chestnut and beech woods. |

Lying in the areas closer to the Fattoria are a pavilion, on the borders of a small lake where lunch or a moonlit dinner can be arranged, and the tennis and football fields.
In addition, a well-equipped enoteque, billiard hall, and playground provide recreation and relaxation for both children and adults.
This corner of paradise is certainly one of a kind: in ancient times a convent of the late 17th century, it has undergone modern refurbishing to optimize comfort and take advantage of the interesting and picturesque spaces found within the complex. Designed specifically to guarantee complete privacy, while at the same time encouraging socialization among guests, this is the ideal spot for those seeking an idyllic vacation in a new, interesting and stimulating location.

Fattoria Casamora is situated in one of the most beautiful and important areas of Tuscany in regard to landscape, history and culture: the Valdarno superiore. This area, the beauty of which has more than once graced the background of Leonardo da Vinci's paintings, is bordered to the west by the Chianti hills and to the east by the mountains of Pratomagno, presenting hilly landscapes mainly cultivated with olive groves and mountainous areas with large tracts of woodland.
The birthplace of many important Renaissance artists including Masaccio, this area is dotted with charming villages worth visiting.

Moreover, Poggio alla Regina, one of the most interesting archaeological sites of the area, is located on the property of Fattoria Casamora. Today one can still admire the outer walls of this ancient castle built to defend the valley in medieval times. Fattoria Casamora is also less than an hour's drive from Tuscany's major cities of art, notably Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
