The owners have restored the building with meticulous care and attention to detail, maintaining the original structural and spatial characteristics of the property yet adding modern comforts and embellishments to the villa to make it contemporary and up to date. The result is a magnificent structure finished in local stone, typical of Tuscan houses, that extends over several levels, with numerous entrances, generous natural lighting, windows, stairs and terraces.
The villa is situated on a small hillock which nestles in the hills that slope down towards the Valdichiana of Montepulciano and is immersed in an enchanting nature reserve, which stretches out around the property.

The villa is completely surrounded by a beautiful garden, perfectly maintained with great care and attention to detail. Vases of flowers, roses and lemon trees enhance the garden’s beauty. During spring and summer these natural scents are intensified making the area an inviting and welcoming open-air lounge.
At the rear of the villa there is a large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during the holidays and taking in the spectacular views over the countryside. This facility, so tastefully furnished, is ideal for leisurely swims, relaxing on the poolside, losing yourself in a good book and savouring a good glass of home produced wine. As the sun sets lighting in the pool area comes alive so you can continue to enjoy this corner of paradise even after dark!

| The countryside surrounding the villa hosts the grapes that are used by the owners to produce two excellent wines which are typical of the area: the highly acclaimed IGT Toscana and the Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG wine. Both are extremely well known and appreciated for their superb characteristics. The estate also has olive trees and boasts an excellent extra virgin olive oil. |
