When renting a villa in Italy, we guarantee the price you pay is the lowest price online. If you find a lower advertised price online, within 7 days of booking with us, for the same property during the same period we will match the price. Rent with confidence knowing your price is guaranteed.

To claim your price match, let us know the website page where you saw a lower price advertised. The advertised property must be advertised in EUROS. We cannot guarantee currency conversion prices. The price advertised must be the normal price for the property not including any special offers like last-minute discounts.

Many villas offer big discounts for last-minute travellers. If you're flexible with your travel plans, a last-minute reservation can save you up to 35%. Each villa has their own terms and discount offer but typically your check-in date must be within 14-30 days of the booking date.

Because we appreciate our clients’ loyalty, we are offering a 10% discount off our list price, for our existing clients. So, provided you have booked one of our villas before, you will benefit of a 10% discount.

Our philosophy is making the client feel looked after and pampered and never left alone during the planning of the holiday and the choice of activity to do inside and outside of the villa. Maria and Franco were born and bred in Tuscany, and know their region like the palm of their hand. They are always available to answer any queries you may have and support you before and during your stay.

Real-Time Availability

Through our online search facility you can find out straight away if the villa you like is available for the period requested. Furthermore, you can also enter the dates or your planned holiday, and the system will find all the villas available for you during that period.

Concierge Services

We offer many services to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We can arrange for you to have a private chef, cookery lessons, a grocery shopping for your arrival, a welcome dinner, etc. Our help in organizing these services is free of charge.

One month before your arrival, you will be contacted by one of the team. A Service Form will be sent to you, which summarises all the services offered in the villa where you will be staying enabling you to select the services required prior to your arrival. You will also receive all the relevant information relating to the villa you have chosen, with contact details and other useful numbers, directions and other details, leaving nothing to chance.

Many of the services offered by the villa will include:

• Your grocery shopping – ready for your arrival
• A Welcome Dinner cooked by a Chef
• Maid Service
• Other dinners prepared by a Chef at the villa – for the nights you choose
• Attending a cookery course held by Master Chefs
